Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Own product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Core Platform domain
• ▹Partner with engineering to define, prioritize and deliver platform capabilities
• ▹Translate business and technical requirements into product initiatives and development plans
• ▹Collaborate with PMs, Engineering Managers, Architects and IT stakeholders on alignment
• ▹Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical dependencies and platform health
• ▹Drive cross-functional collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Monitor platform performance, scalability and reliability, identifying improvement opportunities
• ▹Support delivery of backend solutions with engineering and QA
• ▹Make data-informed product decisions and evaluate delivered initiatives

Requirements

• ▹At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably SaaS
• ▹Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• ▹Experience collaborating closely with backend engineering teams
• ▹Good understanding of backend technologies, APIs, databases and system architecture
• ▹Experience with product planning, prioritization and project management methodologies
• ▹Fluent Polish (for working with Polish-speaking engineering teams)
• ▹English at B2/C1 level minimum

• ▹Experience with QA processes and platform reliability
• ▹Knowledge of performance optimization, scalability and system efficiency
