Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide technical support for the full lifecycle of the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM): data ingestion, quality control, document production, document review projects
• ▹Utilize proprietary and third-party eDiscovery software applications
• ▹Load, process, and search client data in many different file formats
• ▹Conduct relevant searches of electronic data
• ▹Work with team members to troubleshoot data issues
• ▹Provide end-user and technical documentation and training for supported applications
• ▹Generate reports from various database platforms for senior management
• ▹Generate written status reports to clients, managers, and project managers
• ▹Support streamlining of processes and development of proprietary tools

Requirements

• ▹Solid understanding of Windows and MS Office applications
• ▹Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Ability to work in a team, follow detailed instructions, and meet established deadlines
• ▹Bachelor's degree or final-year student, preferably in a computer/technical or legal field

Nice to have

• ▹Basic UNIX skills, understanding of hardware, networking, and delimited files
• ▹Experience with database applications and litigation support software

• ▹Compensation range of 6000-7000 PLN per month (84000 PLN annually), eligible for annual discretionary bonus
