Director of Product, Gaming (New Products)

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop deep understanding of the PC gaming ecosystem, distribution models, and monetization
• ▹Lead the vision and strategy for the new product area
• ▹Manage a design and engineering team to build a user-centric product
• ▹Translate strategy into roadmap and action plans
• ▹Define product metrics and evaluate performance
• ▹Navigate competing priorities across cross-functional teams

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of product management experience with a successful track record
• ▹5+ years working in the video gaming industry with PC/desktop gaming ecosystems
• ▹5+ years experience managing cross-disciplined teams
• ▹Proven experience building and scaling early-stage products
