Responsibilities

• ▹Balance product design needs across the web and app platforms
• ▹Create and manage research and usability testing for each product
• ▹Concept, design, and manage product design initiatives from the quarterly roadmap
• ▹Lead design reviews, presenting ideas and vision to partners
• ▹Manage multiple projects at one time
• ▹Align with the Design Director on research, testing, UX and UI best practices
• ▹Own the design components library
• ▹Delegate, oversee, and assist in-house designers
• ▹Work with engineers for a smooth transition from design to build
• ▹Use AI tools to work more efficiently

Requirements

• ▹Deep understanding of UX combined with strong problem-solving skills
• ▹Commitment to user research and up-front testing
• ▹High-level UI design craft for modern, clean experiences on web and mobile
• ▹Self-driven, motivated approach
• ▹Experience with A/B testing and business understanding
