Responsibilities

• ▹Define the UX strategy for digital initiatives
• ▹Lead research with users and stakeholders
• ▹Design journeys, flows, and target experiences
• ▹Validate proposals through usability testing and metrics
• ▹Align design with business processes and technology
• ▹Define visual and accessibility guidelines
• ▹Prioritize improvements to reduce friction and increase digital conversion

Requirements

• ▹Knowledge of UX Research and Service Design/CX
• ▹Journey design and information architecture
• ▹Usability and accessibility testing
• ▹Interface design and experience analytics
• ▹Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, Hotjar
• ▹Use of Jira and Confluence

Nice to have

• ▹Senior level: defining the UX/UI approach for strategic priority initiatives, mentoring
• ▹Semi-senior level: designing wireframes, components, and functional prototypes
