Responsibilities

• ▹Drive the design and development of a brand new DNS product for the distributed cloud offering
• ▹Work on a digitally sovereign European cloud provider following the highest security, scalability, and reliability standards
• ▹Help deliver a scalable, secure, and stable product to customers
• ▹Continuously automate and optimize all technical processes
• ▹Conduct problem and error analyses and identify sustainable solutions
• ▹Be part of the NeoNephos CNCF organization, the largest EU open-source community for cloud computing

Requirements

• ▹Experienced developer with expertise in Golang
• ▹Comprehensive understanding of the DNS protocol
• ▹Proficiency in developing and deploying software with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and a good understanding of virtualization frameworks such as KubeVirt, KVM
• ▹Experience developing Kubernetes operators and familiarity with their architecture
• ▹Deep knowledge of the Cloud Native landscape, specifically CNCF ecosystem components
• ▹Skilled in interface and communication technologies such as REST, gRPC
• ▹Hands-on problem solver with a solid understanding of software design and architectural patterns

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of CoreDNS
• ▹Familiarity with Talos, Cilium, and Ceph
