Senior C#/.NET Developer (Short-term)

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and maintain a high-performance image processing system
• ▹Implement algorithms for image segmentation, feature extraction, and object recognition
• ▹Develop back-end tools to visualize and manipulate 3D images and point cloud data
• ▹Optimize processing speed and memory usage
• ▹Implement database management solutions for efficient image data storage
• ▹Implement integration with embedded devices via gRPC protocol
• ▹Collaborate with microscope hardware engineers on system integration

Requirements

• ▹Extensive experience in C# (.NET / .NET Core)
• ▹Strong understanding of performance optimization and image processing algorithms
• ▹Experience with raster image processing and manipulation
• ▹Familiarity with image file formats (TIFF, JPEG, PNG)
• ▹Knowledge of multithreading and parallel processing
• ▹Experience with SQL and large storage database management (MS SQL or PostgreSQL)
• ▹Familiarity with .NET libraries (ADO.NET, Entity Framework, Dapper)
• ▹Familiarity with the gRPC protocol

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with image processing libraries (OpenCV, EmguCV, ImageMagick)
• ▹Experience with healthcare image processing, particularly Zeiss CZI
