Technical Interviewer (Data & ML Platform)

Responsibilities

• ▹Participate in technical interviews (system design + deep dive)
• ▹Ask scenario-based questions about real production/regulatory challenges
• ▹Evaluate answers for practical experience vs. theoretical knowledge and risk awareness
• ▹Review take-home tasks or architectural diagrams
• ▹Provide structured written feedback with a hire/no-hire recommendation

Requirements

• ▹Hands-on experience designing and operating large-scale data/ML platforms
• ▹Familiarity with DICOM, PACS, and tools such as Orthanc
• ▹Hands-on experience with AWS Batch, preferably with Spot instances
• ▹Experience with ClearML or comparable dataset versioning/tracking tools
• ▹Understanding of PostgreSQL-based metadata and label services
• ▹Solid understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 and HIPAA/PHI expectations

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with OpenSearch (text/vector)
• ▹Experience integrating labeling platforms such as Encord
• ▹Experience with Lance or equivalent high-performance data access layers
