Power BI / Fabric Developer

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards and analytical reports
• ▹Design reusable semantic models, datasets, and dataflows
• ▹Build and optimize DAX calculations and Power Query transformations
• ▹Implement security models, including Row-Level Security (RLS)
• ▹Optimize report performance and troubleshoot BI solutions
• ▹Develop and maintain Microsoft Fabric solutions (Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, Data Factory)
• ▹Integrate Power BI with Azure Data Lake and Azure SQL
• ▹Support deployment, testing, release processes, and documentation

Requirements

• ▹Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI development
• ▹Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and dimensional data modeling
• ▹Experience building reusable semantic models, datasets, and dataflows
• ▹Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS)
• ▹Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
• ▹Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, Direct Lake, Fabric Data Factory)
• ▹Experience integrating Power BI with Azure Data Lake and Azure SQL
• ▹Experience developing enterprise-grade BI solutions

Nice to have

• ▹Experience building HR, Payroll, Finance, or Workforce Analytics dashboards
• ▹Experience integrating Power BI with ArcGIS or other GIS platforms
• ▹Microsoft Power BI or Microsoft Fabric certifications
