Responsibilities

• ▹Organizing and facilitating agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, backlog refinement
• ▹Keeping meetings positive, productive and within the timebox
• ▹Collaborating closely with the Product Owner to manage the backlog
• ▹Coaching the team and Product Owner on empiricism, value-based backlog slicing and incremental delivery
• ▹Tracking flow metrics (velocity, sprint burndown, iteration burn rate) and guiding data-driven improvement
• ▹Championing adoption of agile standards, tools and best practices
• ▹Proactively identifying and resolving impediments to team progress
• ▹Promoting self-organizing teams, shared vision and psychological safety
• ▹Upholding the Definition of Done and quality gates
• ▹Communicating with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners across the organization

Requirements

• ▹University degree and at least 8 years of IT professional experience
• ▹Minimum 3 years of dedicated experience as a Scrum Master at SM2 level or above
• ▹Led at least 2 production teams through full sprint cycles
• ▹Implemented data-driven continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. increasing velocity, reducing lead time)
• ▹Experience coordinating cross-team work via Scrum-of-Scrums or PI Planning events
• ▹Deep knowledge of the Scrum Guide and Agile Manifesto principles
• ▹Good knowledge of facilitation techniques (e.g. Fist of Five, participatory decision-making, Liberating Structures)
• ▹Good knowledge of systems thinking and process tailoring for complex environments
• ▹Good knowledge of team motivation and stakeholder engagement techniques
• ▹Knowledge of Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, burn-up/down charts, cumulative flow diagrams) and dashboard building/interpretation
• ▹Tool proficiency in Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira, including backlog management, dashboards and workflow configuration
• ▹PSM II (or higher) and SAFe 5/6 Agilist certifications
• ▹Excellent command of English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with one or more scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, etc.)
• ▹Knowledge of integrating SAFe and Kanban approaches to optimize flow and delivery predictability
