Responsibilities

• ▹Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, planning
• ▹Collaborate with the product owner to manage the backlog
• ▹Coach the team and Product Owner on empiricism and incremental delivery
• ▹Track and radiate flow metrics such as velocity, burndown and iteration burn rate
• ▹Champion adoption of agile standards, tools and best practices
• ▹Identify and resolve impediments to team progress
• ▹Communicate with other Scrum Masters and product owners across the organization

Requirements

• ▹University degree and at least 8 years of IT professional experience
• ▹Minimum 3 years dedicated experience as a Scrum Master at SM2 level or above
• ▹Led at least 2 production teams through full sprint cycles
• ▹Deep knowledge of the Scrum Guide and Agile Manifesto
• ▹Tool proficiency in Azure DevOps, preferred, or Jira
• ▹Scrum Master certifications: PSM II or higher, and SAFe 5/6 Agilist
• ▹Excellent command of English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus, LeSS
• ▹Knowledge of integrating SAFe and Kanban approaches
