• ▹Take operational ownership of the configuration, reliability and technical standards of AI tools and platforms
• ▹Lead the AI Operations team's technical response when AI tools or platforms change
• ▹Set and uphold technical operational standards for AI tooling
• ▹Improve visibility around AI tool configuration, usage, access administration and performance
• ▹Identify weak or high-friction AI tooling operations and drive durable, scalable technical solutions
• ▹Give leadership clearer visibility on the reliability of the AI tooling stack
