Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
• ▹Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities through competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility
• ▹Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
• ▹Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape
• ▹Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems
• ▹Work with the team to enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, and contribute knowledge base articles

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• ▹Openness to varied and complex assignments, requiring strong judgment and collaboration
• ▹First-class written and oral communication skills with remote-first internal teams and worldwide customers
• ▹Ability to skillfully articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of the products
• ▹A technical mindset and a desire to grow technically
