Responsibilities

• ▹Own and govern end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solution architecture across customer engagements
• ▹Lead architecture workshops, design discussions and customer advisory sessions
• ▹Define solution design principles, architecture standards and governance processes
• ▹Ensure alignment across business processes, integrations, data, security and reporting
• ▹Identify and manage architectural risks, dependencies and key design decisions
• ▹Support testing, deployment and go-live readiness from an architecture perspective
• ▹Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders
• ▹Mentor junior team members and contribute to improving the Solution Architecture practice

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting, solution design or solution architecture
• ▹Strong experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementation and transformation projects
• ▹Deep expertise in Employee Central and solid understanding of the wider SuccessFactors suite
• ▹Strong knowledge of integrations, data migration, security, reporting and environment management
• ▹Proven ability to lead customer workshops, architecture discussions and design decisions
• ▹Ability to translate strategic business requirements and drivers into technical architecture
• ▹Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• ▹Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• ▹Fluent English

Nice to have

• ▹SAP SuccessFactors certifications, particularly Employee Central
• ▹Experience with global or multi-country implementations
• ▹Experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot
• ▹Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Signavio, Jira or Confluence
• ▹German language skills
