Staff Enterprise Security Engineer, AI Security

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement secure reference architectures for Enterprise AI platforms
• ▹Establish a framework for AI vetting across the organization
• ▹Develop the long-term roadmap for agentic AI identity and posture management with cross-functional partners
• ▹Maintain and improve enterprise security posture through code (Python, Go, or similar) and infrastructure-as-code
• ▹Act as technical mentor to junior engineers and strategic advisor to leadership on AI security

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of experience in security engineering or infrastructure security
• ▹2+ years leading teams technically or leading technical risk analysis in an enterprise environment
• ▹Expertise in cloud security (AWS, GCP) and container security (Kubernetes)
• ▹Proven track record designing and deploying complex security systems at scale
• ▹Strong programming proficiency
