Responsibilities

• ▹Own and deliver against the department's output targets with the team
• ▹Support the department's sales target in collaboration with business development
• ▹Shape proposals and respond to RFPs together with business development and sales
• ▹Lead solution design and technical input during pre-sales engagements
• ▹Represent the Microsoft practice in client meetings, pitches and industry events
• ▹Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Microsoft and strategic partners
• ▹Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
• ▹Ensure technical governance, security and compliance across all Microsoft technologies
• ▹Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex technical issues
• ▹Mentor junior team members
