Responsibilities

• ▹Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain
• ▹Implement plugins, workflows, reports, and custom dashboards based on business needs
• ▹Integrate Dynamics 365 with other applications using the Power Platform and available APIs
• ▹Perform technical analysis to propose improvements and optimizations to existing Dynamics 365 processes
• ▹Fix incidents and bugs, ensuring the stability of delivered solutions
• ▹Collaborate with business areas to understand requirements and translate them into precise technical deliverables
• ▹Document processes, configurations, and customizations made in the Dynamics environment

Requirements

• ▹Solid experience customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain)
• ▹Development of custom plugins, workflows, and reports in Dynamics 365
• ▹Integration of Dynamics 365 with other solutions via Power Platform and REST/SOAP APIs
• ▹Knowledge of JavaScript and C# for Dynamics 365 extensions
• ▹Use of version control tools such as Git
• ▹Running and monitoring CI/CD pipelines applied to the Dynamics application lifecycle
• ▹Application of basic security practices in integrations and customizations

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with test automation for Dynamics 365 solutions
• ▹In-depth knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
• ▹DevOps experience for Dynamics 365 (e.g. Azure DevOps)
• ▹Familiarity with microservices-oriented architecture or integration via Event Hubs/Azure Service Bus
• ▹Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g. MB-200, MB-210, MB-300)
