Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and support the response to security events and incidents across Twilio's infrastructure, services and applications
• ▹Document incidents and craft runbooks and standard operating procedures for knowledge sharing
• ▹Work cross-collaboratively to understand and address a broad spectrum of threat activity
• ▹Improve Twilio's security and reliability posture by driving betterments from incidents
• ▹Own the security incident lifecycle, participate in on-call rotation and post-incident reviews
• ▹Build and maintain relationships with internal customers

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of security incident response experience in a production-cloud environment
• ▹Subject-matter expertise on security issues and technologies
