Responsibilities

• ▹Organize and facilitate agile activities and ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, backlog refinement)
• ▹Keep meetings positive, productive, and within timebox
• ▹Collaborate closely with the product owner to manage the backlog
• ▹Coach the team and Product Owner on empiricism, value-based backlog slicing, and incremental delivery
• ▹Track flow metrics (velocity, sprint burndown, iteration burn rate) and guide data-driven improvement
• ▹Champion adoption of agile standards, tools, and best practices
• ▹Proactively identify and resolve impediments to team progress
• ▹Promote self-organizing teams, shared vision, psychological safety, and collaborative decisions (e.g., Fist-of-Five)
• ▹Uphold Definition of Done, quality gates, and organizational standards
• ▹Communicate with other Scrum Masters and product owners to ensure transparency

Requirements

• ▹University degree and at least 8 years of IT professional experience
• ▹Minimum 3 years dedicated experience as a Scrum Master at SM2 level or above
• ▹Led at least 2 production teams through full sprint cycles (planning, review, retrospective, refinement)
• ▹Implemented data-driven continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., increasing velocity, reducing lead time)
• ▹Experience coordinating cross-team work via Scrum-of-Scrums or PI Planning events
• ▹Deep knowledge of the Scrum Guide and Agile Manifesto
• ▹Knowledge of facilitation techniques (Fist of Five, participatory decision-making, Liberating Structures)
• ▹Knowledge of systems-thinking and process tailoring
• ▹Knowledge of team motivation and stakeholder engagement techniques
• ▹Knowledge of Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, burn-up/down charts, cumulative flow diagrams), building and interpreting dashboards
• ▹Tool proficiency in Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira, backlog management, dashboards, workflow configuration
• ▹Scrum Master certifications: PSM II (or higher) and SAFe 5/6 Agilist
• ▹Excellent command of English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with one or more scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, etc.)
• ▹Knowledge of integrating SAFe and Kanban approaches
