Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and implement business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks
• ▹Hands-on technical implementation of functionality, integrations, issue resolution and system support
• ▹Code and implement the complete project life cycle in Pega PRPC (design, configuration, coding, testing, automation, deployment)
• ▹Architect, design and develop advanced customizations using Pega
• ▹Design and implement system integrations using emerging and established technologies
• ▹Provide training, guidance or mentoring to team members

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• ▹8+ years experience in design and implementation of PRPC-based solutions
• ▹4+ years experience with PRPC v7 and above
• ▹2+ years as Pega certified CSSA
• ▹Expertise in Relational Database Management Systems, performance and scalability design
• ▹Solid fundamentals in Core Java and object-oriented concepts
• ▹Proficiency in Oracle/MSSQL/DB2 and SQL commands

Nice to have

• ▹Insurance domain knowledge, experience with Pega Insurance frameworks
• ▹Experience with Power BI and Dynatrace
• ▹Pega UI/UX developer experience, Pega Systems Administration
