Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Participate in discovery sessions and translate needs into frontend solutions
• ▹Build, document, and maintain reusable UI components
• ▹Independently write and maintain complex frontend code (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) in OutSystems
• ▹Ensure performance, cross-browser compatibility, and WCAG compliance
• ▹Use AI coding assistants to accelerate development
• ▹Design and execute testing strategies, participate in code reviews
• ▹Identify and resolve frontend issues and bugs
• ▹Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders; mentor junior developers

Requirements

• ▹3-5 years of frontend development experience, with 1+ years on OutSystems
• ▹Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript with at least one framework (React, Vue, or Angular)
• ▹Experience in accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, cross-browser compatibility
• ▹Understanding of OutSystems development and design systems
• ▹Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools
• ▹Excellent English communication skills
• ▹Ability to work autonomously as a team player
• ▹Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Nice to have

• ▹OutSystems certifications
• ▹Experience testing and developing standard OutSystems components
• ▹Working knowledge of WCAG standards
