Full Stack Software Engineer - AI Neobank App (Portugal)

Responsibilities

• ▹Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end
• ▹Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards and operational systems
• ▹Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing and travel
• ▹Work with product, design, mobile and operations teams to launch fast
• ▹Integrate APIs, handle data flows and improve production reliability
• ▹Use analytics, feedback and production issues to improve features

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of full stack software engineering experience
• ▹Strong frontend and backend fundamentals
• ▹Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production systems
• ▹Able to build useful products quickly without needing perfect specs
• ▹Good product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail
• ▹Comfortable debugging across the stack

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps or high-volume platforms
