Senior Technical Consultant – Team Leader (ServiceNow)

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide technical leadership and act as an architecture reference
• ▹Design robust, scalable technical solutions
• ▹Coordinate with BPC, the Engagement Manager, and the client
• ▹Participate in Agile and hybrid projects
• ▹Lead and coordinate technical teams
• ▹Work on ITSM and Discovery projects
• ▹Build end-to-end ITOM architecture in ServiceNow
• ▹Design CMDB as an enterprise-wide system
• ▹Manage MID Servers (scaling, security, redundancy)
• ▹Ensure data quality control and reconciliation
• ▹Review the work of other technical consultants

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of technical experience in ServiceNow projects
• ▹Strong focus on architecture, development, and quality
• ▹ITIL certification (v3 or v4) – required
• ▹ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ▹ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ▹ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations (CMDB and CSDM)
• ▹ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
• ▹ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
• ▹ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Now Assist
• ▹C1-level English, minimum certified B2

Nice to have

• ▹Scrum certification (Scrum Master or similar)
• ▹ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)
• ▹Other ServiceNow certifications
