IT Change Management Specialist (Senior) – English C1

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and facilitate the daily Change Advisory Board (CAB): review, evaluate, schedule, and authorize high-impact changes and tests
• ▹Coordinate multi-system deployments across hybrid environments (Java, AWS Cloud, Mainframe, WebSphere)
• ▹Manage risk: verify execution, rollback, and contingency plans for critical changes
• ▹Oversee data governance: ingestion and control of data from PRO and MIG environments, ensuring masking and confidentiality
• ▹Manage stakeholders as the communication bridge between technical teams, vendors, and program leads

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience as an IT Change Analyst, Release Manager, or in IT operations governance roles
• ▹C1-level English (mandatory)
• ▹Strong ITIL framework experience (change, incident, and problem management)
• ▹Availability for occasional interventions outside standard hours (9:00-18:00 Spain time), compensated

Nice to have

• ▹ITIL or Prince2 certification
• ▹Knowledge of multi-platform architecture (Ansible, Tomcat, AWS)
