Presales Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Maintain and strengthen client relationships, supporting clients pre and post sales
• ▹Drive and own POCs as technical SPOC, including implementation and onboarding
• ▹Provide demos of SHIELD capabilities and customize them to client use cases
• ▹Act as liaison on technical support and product adoption for existing customers
• ▹Work closely across teams to troubleshoot technical challenges for clients
• ▹Perform regular technical account reviews, product trainings, and on-site visits
• ▹Assist clients in optimizing the overall solution for long-term success
• ▹Work with product and engineering teams to manage client feature request prioritization

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• ▹4+ years of total experience with a minimum 3 years in client-facing pre-sales, sales engineering, or support engineering in B2B enterprise software, SaaS, payments, or mobile
• ▹Hands-on experience in SDK implementation is a plus
• ▹Hands-on experience or good knowledge of HTTP, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth and SQL
• ▹Strong experience driving integration and being a single point of contact with clients through POC completion
• ▹Strong customer focus with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• ▹Hands-on experience in SDK implementation
