Responsibilities

• ▹Define and own the technical architecture for authentication systems, leading the most complex initiatives from conception to delivery
• ▹Collaborate with engineering leadership, product management and cross-functional partners
• ▹Implement cutting-edge authentication protocols (MCP OAuth/OAuth 2.1, OIDC, SAML, LDAP, SCIM) with in-house solutions
• ▹Help completely redesign Grafana's authentication at the edge
• ▹Split time roughly across backend development in Golang (55%), technical leadership and cross-team collaboration (25%), and operations and reliability (20%)
