Responsibilities

• ▹Implement, deploy and maintain Voicebot and Chatbot solutions across dev, UAT and production environments
• ▹Perform technical discovery and feasibility assessments (integrations, APIs, data sources, architecture)
• ▹Define and maintain technical solution architecture (integration, APIs, authentication, data flows, AI orchestration)
• ▹Implement and manage system integrations for enterprise automation
• ▹Engineer and refine prompts to guide LLM behavior
• ▹Structure and optimize knowledge bases
• ▹Select, configure and integrate STT and TTS technologies
• ▹Implement telephony integrations for voicebot solutions
