Responsibilities

• ▹Carry out preliminary analysis, organic design and development analysis for large-scale systems
• ▹Advise on systems analysis in large government environments

Requirements

• ▹Canadian citizenship or a valid work permit
• ▹Ability to work in French, spoken and written
• ▹At least 7 years of experience as a systems development analyst in Canada, including at least 5 years as a senior systems analysis advisor
• ▹At least two senior advisor mandates in the past 5 years in an environment comparable to major Quebec government organizations
• ▹Contribution to three preliminary analyses or developments of over 500 person-days each in the past 5 years, with a minimum personal contribution of 50 days in each

Nice to have

• ▹.NET Core project completed in the past 5 years
• ▹Development project on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform
