Responsibilities

• ▹Join the Customer Experience team, specifically the Microsoft Dynamics offering
• ▹Design and implement complete Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to client needs
• ▹Supervise a team of technical consultants: task planning, technical support, progress tracking
• ▹Participate in feasibility studies, functional and technical analysis, and propose innovative solutions
• ▹Write and validate technical and functional specifications
• ▹Ensure the quality, performance and security of developed applications
• ▹Monitor technology trends to integrate best practices and innovations
• ▹Collaborate with stakeholders: project teams, business units and clients

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of proven experience developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
• ▹Strong knowledge of recent Dynamics 365 versions and at least one associated module (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights/Marketing)
• ▹5+ years of proven experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript and related technologies
• ▹Experience integrating systems and using tools like Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps and other Microsoft cloud services
• ▹Proven leadership and ability to guide and motivate a technical team
• ▹Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions

Nice to have

• ▹Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional or technical certification (MB-210, MB-230, PL-400, PL-600)
• ▹Azure experience (Azure Functions, Web Apps, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Service Bus, Copilot, Power BI)
