Responsibilities

• ▹Build multi-agent systems
• ▹Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies, including evaluation and iteration
• ▹Integrate LLMs and AI models into cloud-based applications and APIs
• ▹Implement agent-based workflows and AI automation solutions
• ▹Continuously research, evaluate and apply new AI tools, models and frameworks

Requirements

• ▹Strong Python experience in AI application development
• ▹Strong experience with agent frameworks and multi-agent systems
• ▹Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks used in agentic workflows
• ▹Experience designing and implementing knowledge bases and RAG architectures, and working with vector databases (e.g. Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• ▹Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI (e.g. OpenAI, open-source models)
• ▹Understanding of AI safety, guardrails and responsible AI practices
• ▹Ability to speak and write in English

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with evaluating LLMs and agentic workflows
• ▹Experience integrating AI systems with APIs, backend services and enterprise systems
• ▹Strong understanding of the role of traditional ML in building intelligent systems
• ▹Strong communication skills with both technical teams and clients
