Responsibilities

• ▹Build and optimize AI components and pipelines for Sherpany's products
• ▹Experiment with advanced AI techniques to deliver innovative features
• ▹Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with product and engineering teams
• ▹Ensure performance, scalability, and security in AI workflows
• ▹Work with on-prem AI deployments and optimize infrastructure for reliability and compliance
• ▹Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and propose improvements
• ▹Mentor junior engineers and share best practices

Requirements

• ▹4+ years in AI/ML engineering with hands-on experience in production environments
• ▹Strong Python skills and proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• ▹Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• ▹Experience with on-prem AI deployments is a strong plus
• ▹Experience with containerization (Docker) and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, Git)
• ▹Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements
• ▹Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus for future initiatives
