C# Developer Mid/Senior

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and deliver new product features together with solution architects, product owners, developers, DevOps and QA automation engineers
• ▹Build scalable backend solutions and services using C#, .NET and TypeScript
• ▹Analyse business requirements, internal designs and non-functional requirements, and estimate user stories collaboratively
• ▹Follow industry best practices, coding guidelines and secure development practices, and ensure the team does likewise
• ▹Stay aware of technology, software design and development methodology trends and suggest suitable solutions
• ▹Follow lean/agile principles and continually improve processes

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of developer experience for Mid, 5+ years for Senior, in a modern software environment
• ▹C# with .NET (latest LTS)
• ▹Strong Web API experience, Minimal APIs
• ▹MassTransit for message-based communication and integration with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus
• ▹MediatR for in-process messaging (CQRS-style)
• ▹Domain-Driven Design principles
• ▹Event-driven architecture with asynchronous messaging and integration
• ▹Asynchronous, multi-threaded and parallel programming
• ▹Strong experience in SQL and NoSQL databases
• ▹Experience improving, refactoring and rewriting code
• ▹Understanding of design patterns
• ▹Experience with CI/CD build and deployment pipelines
• ▹Secure coding practices, OWASP Top 10
• ▹Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• ▹Payment industry experience
• ▹Experience with CQRS
