Responsibilities

• ▹Build and maintain back-end systems using the latest versions of PHP, MySQL and the Laravel framework
• ▹Develop and maintain front-end components and features using React, with efficient bundling processes using Esbuild, Vite or equivalent tools
• ▹Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver user-friendly interfaces
• ▹Design, develop and maintain APIs supporting front-end functionality with high performance and responsiveness
• ▹Perform code reviews, write clean and maintainable code, and take part in problem-solving and architectural decisions
• ▹Write and maintain unit tests for front-end and back-end code
• ▹Maintain the tech stack and dependencies using npm and composer
• ▹Keep documentation for the codebase, APIs and system architecture up to date
• ▹Use AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code) as a core part of the daily workflow, with full critical review of AI-generated code
• ▹Build reusable skills, prompt playbooks and agent workflows that encode team conventions, patterns and coding standards
• ▹Help define internal AI usage standards (code review criteria, guardrails for sensitive data in prompts, approved tools and models)

Requirements

• ▹Engineer or Master degree in Computer Science and a minimum of 5 years of relevant full-stack experience in a SaaS environment
• ▹Proficiency in back-end development using PHP and MySQL 8 with the Laravel framework
• ▹Ability to interpret and thoroughly understand logical sequences in procedural or object-oriented code
• ▹Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code or similar), including writing effective prompts/specs and reviewing AI-generated code
• ▹Experience with modern bundling tools such as Vite, Esbuild, webpack or similar
• ▹Ability to write clean, efficient, secure and scalable code
• ▹Experience with RESTful API design and integration
• ▹Energetic, highly motivated self-starter in a fast-paced, results-oriented organization
• ▹Fluent English, spoken and written
