Responsibilities

• ▹Own small missions end to end: scope, build with the pod, enable and monitor adoption
• ▹Take on real design work, with guidance from a Senior or Principal Builder on complex tasks
• ▹Take part in discovery: user interviews, surveys, and usage analysis
• ▹Define and analyse adoption and performance metrics, feeding learnings back into prioritisation
• ▹Keep an eye on the competitive landscape and where brand measurement is heading
