PHP Developer with DDD

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop, test, document, release and support software from scratch
• ▹Enhance and refine the existing API and backend systems
• ▹Integrate third-party solutions to broaden the payment ecosystem (acquirer, gateway, alternative payment methods, token platforms, systems for verification, scoring and monitoring of customer operations, reporting, etc.)
• ▹Run tests and set up a testing environment for checking new features
• ▹Fix existing bugs and debug the developed software
• ▹Prepare the necessary technical documentation
• ▹Provide support for the implemented software in production
• ▹Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members

Requirements

• ▹Understanding of best practices for optimizing code and web products in PHP, including caching and asynchrony
• ▹Knowledge of best practices for developing and supporting large-scale projects
• ▹Understanding of OOP
• ▹Deep understanding of Symfony and proficiency in designing RESTful APIs with Symfony
• ▹Proficiency in Doctrine ORM
• ▹Relational database management (PostgreSQL)
• ▹Optimizing complex SQL queries (query rewriting, indexing strategies, execution plans)
• ▹Designing database schemas, including normalization and entity-relationship modeling
• ▹Understanding of the inner workings of Kubernetes, Docker and its components such as Docker Engine, Docker Hub and Docker Swarm
• ▹Understanding of SOLID and GRASP
• ▹Deep understanding of a broad range of design patterns
• ▹Knowledge of advanced DDD concepts such as Domain Events, Domain Services and Bounded Contexts
• ▹Ability to design a domain model for complex business problems
• ▹Understanding of CQRS principles and benefits, including asynchronous command processing and data synchronization between read and write models
• ▹Experience using design and architectural patterns to implement an effective CQRS-based architecture
• ▹Experience designing and developing complex, large systems using architectural templates and patterns
• ▹Ability to define and document architectural solutions
• ▹Advanced knowledge of PHP integration test automation tools and libraries such as PHPUnit, Codeception and Behat
• ▹Ability to design integration tests for large systems with many interacting components
• ▹Knowledge of setting up test environments and managing dependencies
• ▹Advanced knowledge of developing and deploying systems built on Event Sourcing
• ▹Advanced knowledge of microservices design and deployment, including configuration management, monitoring and logging
• ▹Advanced knowledge of Jenkins (parameterization, plugins, additional tools)
