Director of Engineering

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead, mentor and grow a diverse, fully remote engineering team
• ▹Build a culture of accountability, technical excellence and psychological safety
• ▹Structure engineering pods for maximum autonomy and alignment with clear career ladders
• ▹Partner closely with Product Management leadership
• ▹Oversee the architectural integrity, security and performance of high-volume, low-latency ad tech infrastructure
• ▹Balance the delivery of new features with continuous modernization of the codebase
• ▹Maintain robust data privacy, compliance and security standards across engineering operations
• ▹Establish and monitor core engineering metrics (DORA, SPACE)
• ▹Lead the strategic adoption of AI-augmented development tools
• ▹Quantify the impact of modernization initiatives
