Responsibilities

• ▹Be the technical reference and manage the team (technical leadership and people management)
• ▹Lead the modernization of the Python 2.7 legacy system towards microservices while keeping the application stable
• ▹Ensure reliability, observability and security of the platform
• ▹Handle high event throughput and load balancing while meeting processing SLAs
• ▹Lead the shutdown of jurispec/BPO and the migration of customers to the in-house API
• ▹Prioritize clearly amid high volume, multiple stakeholders and overlapping demands
• ▹Maintain direct technical communication with product and, when needed, with customers

Requirements

• ▹Solid Python
• ▹Current experience with AI applied to development
• ▹Database experience
• ▹General DevOps: GCP, Kubernetes and Docker
• ▹Security fundamentals (recurring pentest context)
• ▹Experience with monolith and microservices
• ▹Experience with large-scale and legacy systems
• ▹Good communication with technical and product stakeholders
• ▹Both technical leadership and people management
