Support Agent (SAP Basis) – Remote (EU)

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide advanced technical support for SecurityBridge products and TrustBroker, with a focus on SAP Basis topics
• ▹Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP Basis, system connectivity, authentication, certificates and performance
• ▹Support installations, upgrades and configuration of SecurityBridge components in customer SAP landscapes
• ▹Analyze incidents to find root causes and implement lasting solutions that reduce recurring issues and downtime
• ▹Collaborate with product development, implementation and customer success teams
• ▹Contribute to technical documentation, best practices and knowledge base content
• ▹Identify improvements to support processes and workflows
• ▹Participate in a rotating on-call schedule as required

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience in SAP Basis, technical support or application support in complex SAP environments
• ▹Strong knowledge of SAP Basis administration, including system operations, performance analysis, OS/DB basics and networking
• ▹Experience supporting SAP integrations and system connectivity
• ▹Solid troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• ▹Strong communication skills and customer focus, able to explain technical topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow
• ▹Ability to work independently in a remote, international team
• ▹Must be based in the EU with valid work authorization in the country of residence

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with identity, authentication, SSO, certificates or security-related technologies
• ▹Basic understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Domain Controller concepts
• ▹Familiarity with SAP security concepts and SAP landscapes with high availability or complex architectures
• ▹Experience supporting vendor-specific enterprise software products
• ▹Interest in process improvement and technical documentation
