Responsibilities

• ▹Ensure stable operation of the system landscape: handle incidents, analyse root causes and implement changes
• ▹Incident management: analyse and resolve faults in various SAP modules (e.g. FI, CO, MM, SD, Concur, cloud services) and the wider landscape (e.g. ServiceNow) within agreed service levels
• ▹Process optimisation: implement adjustments and configurations, including testing, documentation and quality assurance
• ▹Advice and support: assist internal customers with process and system questions and ensure high service quality
• ▹Documentation and communication: write solution documentation and decision papers and communicate with stakeholders
• ▹Continuous improvement: identify optimisation potential and help develop the system landscape, processes and standards

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree, IT or business vocational training, or comparable qualification
• ▹Experience supporting system landscapes (SAP S/4 HANA or ECC, Concur, ServiceNow) and basic knowledge of several SAP modules
• ▹Knowledge of incident and change management processes
• ▹Analytical, structured way of working and strong service orientation
• ▹Strong communication in German and English
