SAP Integration Engineer (US)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own SAP integration projects end-to-end, from PoC through production go-live
• ▹Design scalable integration architecture using SAP BTP (Integration Suite, API Management, Event Mesh) and OData/REST/SOAP APIs
• ▹Build and configure integration flows: iFlows, API connectors and data transformations
• ▹Navigate enterprise SAP security policies, authorization models (SAP IAS, OAuth2) and data handling requirements
• ▹Partner with customer SAP Basis/BTP/application teams and SAP's own technical teams
• ▹Support system integrators and SAP partners in building Parloa-SAP integrations independently
• ▹Translate field experience into standardized approaches, accelerators and playbooks
• ▹Provide structured product feedback on integration capability gaps

Requirements

• ▹5+ years in SAP integration engineering, SAP BTP development or SAP technical consulting
• ▹Strong hands-on expertise with SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI): iFlows, API proxies, event-based scenarios
• ▹Solid understanding of SAP data models/APIs across S/4HANA, ECC, Service Cloud or CRM
• ▹Proficiency with OData (v2/v4), REST, SOAP, OAuth2 and SAP IAS/XSUAA authentication
• ▹Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-responsibility customer environments
• ▹Clear communicator with SAP engineers and non-technical business stakeholders
• ▹Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with conversational AI, contact center platforms or CX technology in an SAP context
• ▹Familiarity with SAP AI Core, SAP Agent Builder or similar AI extensions within SAP
• ▹Experience working with or for SAP system integrators in delivery or presales
