Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Scope and implement AI Agent deployments, providing strategic advice to customers and partners
• ▹Analyze customer requirements and design precise prompts using LLM knowledge (e.g. embeddings)
• ▹Simplify complex workflows into digestible conversational components
• ▹Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output (SSML, Lexicons, Regex) to brand standards
• ▹Build integrations connecting customer systems (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing, contact center platforms) to Parloa via APIs
• ▹Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex or custom integration scenarios
• ▹Resolve blockers together with Product, Agent Integration Engineering, Sales and the customer
• ▹Apply structured testing to validate AI agent behaviour, quality and performance
• ▹Document best practices, how-to guides and product capabilities

Requirements

• ▹3+ years in enterprise customer-facing roles with proven expertise in conversation design and AI agent development
• ▹Ability to analyze customer requirements and craft LLM prompts aligned with desired outcomes
• ▹Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and results orientation
• ▹Proficiency with advanced prompting strategies (chain-of-thought, few-shot learning)
• ▹Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• ▹Analytical thinker with knowledge of data structures, system integrations and enterprise APIs
• ▹Familiarity with API authentication patterns (OAuth, API keys, JWT) and data mapping
• ▹Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML and API testing tools (Postman)
• ▹Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English
