Remote Support Engineer – Barcelona (French-Speaking)

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide expert support on industrial 3D printers
• ▹Remotely resolve hardware and/or software technical issues and application problems for customers
• ▹Trigger an onsite interaction (parts and/or FSE dispatch) when the issue cannot be fixed remotely
• ▹Keep customers informed of the status of their case
• ▹Document case history and interactions in the CRM to ensure proper handover, tracking, and reporting
• ▹Contribute to maintaining the Knowledge Management System (KMS)
• ▹Assist Care Center Agents and Customers on product features, specifications, parts info, compatibility, and maintenance routines
• ▹Assist Field Service Engineers during onsite troubleshooting when needed

Requirements

• ▹Native French and proficient English
• ▹Strong technical background with a bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical) or equivalent
• ▹Ability to work collaboratively in an ethnically, linguistically, and culturally diverse environment
• ▹Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in a customer-facing role (onsite or remote support)
• ▹Experience with Graphics Arts products and related technologies
• ▹Ability to read electrical/electronic diagrams
• ▹Experience in Additive Manufacturing technology, 3D modeling software (Magics/Materialise, NetFabb/Autodesk), and 3D printing workflows
