Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build and ship full-stack features in Python and TypeScript, using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate execution while maintaining high quality and ownership from concept through iteration
• ▹Design and evolve systems with a strong focus on architecture, boundaries and long-term maintainability, making sound technical decisions across APIs, data models, caching and testing
• ▹Own problem spaces end-to-end, including shaping ambiguous requirements, defining the right approach and guiding execution toward robust, scalable solutions
• ▹Continuously improve the codebase by simplifying solutions, reducing technical complexity and driving changes that have an impact across the team and system
• ▹Guide and review implementation, including work produced through AI-assisted workflows, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment with system design

Requirements

• ▹Strong coding ability in JavaScript or TypeScript and at least one backend language, combined with the ability to evaluate, guide and refine implementation to reach production-ready outcomes efficiently
• ▹Proven experience building and shipping features in a fast-moving product environment, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions with real impact
• ▹Experience owning features end-to-end, including shaping requirements, making technical decisions and iterating based on feedback and outcomes
• ▹Strong understanding of system design, with attention to architecture, abstraction and long-term maintainability
• ▹Experience using AI-assisted development tools, or a strong interest in adopting them as a core part of how you design, build and iterate on software
