Responsibilities

• ▹Provide technical mentorship, code review, and architectural guidance
• ▹Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers on roadmap priorities
• ▹Architect and build complex full-stack features (React, TypeScript, Django, Node.js, PostgreSQL)
• ▹Drive engineering best practices (testing, code quality, tooling)
• ▹Own technical delivery from design through deployment
• ▹Help scale systems and reduce complexity

Requirements

• ▹10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• ▹Experience leading engineering teams or pods
• ▹Strong frontend skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, React)
• ▹Significant backend experience (Python/Django, Node.js/TypeScript)
• ▹Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
• ▹Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• ▹Familiarity with event-driven architectures and Kafka
• ▹Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines
