Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with Product Owners and data teams across marketing, billing, and product
• ▹Create new dashboards and maintain/improve existing reports such as Product Reports
• ▹Perform user behavior analysis and aha-moment analysis
• ▹Analyze data to surface trends, patterns, and recommendations that maximize KPIs
• ▹Design and run A/B tests and homogeneity tests to validate hypotheses
• ▹Monitor metrics across all domains
• ▹Design and build robust data models in SQL

Requirements

• ▹Degree in an analytical field such as Math, Data Science, or Economics
• ▹3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Excellent verbal communication
• ▹Experience in product analytics
• ▹Experience with Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or similar
• ▹Advanced SQL
• ▹Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
• ▹Experience in a subscription business
• ▹Fluent English and Russian or Ukrainian

Nice to have

• ▹Marketing analytics experience
• ▹Experience with Python, R
• ▹Experience with GCP, BigQuery
• ▹Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads
• ▹Experience with orchestration frameworks such as Airflow
• ▹Experience with git and code review processes
