Forward Deployed Engineer (CloudFlare) - Technology Industry

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Serve as a trusted advisor to key enterprise customers with technical insights, best practices, and strategic recommendations, particularly around Cloudflare Workers and Workers AI
• ▹Lead architectural discussions, design sessions, and solution reviews
• ▹Diagnose complex technical issues and deliver solutions in collaboration with support and product teams
• ▹Design and configure Application Security solutions, using Cloudflare Workers to optimize and direct global traffic and Network Security
• ▹Support the account team by managing Terraform-heavy Infrastructure as Code configurations
• ▹Act as a strategic liaison between the customer and internal Cloudflare teams (Product, Support, Engineering)
• ▹Manage complex, fast-moving technical discussions primarily through Slack
• ▹Apply AI/LLM knowledge to support Cloudflare's AI-driven security direction

Requirements

• ▹Experience with Cloudflare solutions, particularly Workers and Workers AI
• ▹Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices
• ▹Experience with cloud environments: AWS, Azure, GCP
• ▹Python and Bash scripting experience
• ▹Knowledge of AI/LLM concepts
