Responsibilities

• ▹Map current-state workflows end-to-end to diagnose operational friction (handoff failures, governance gaps, tooling mismatches)
• ▹Redesign target-state operations for leaner workflows and effective human-agent collaboration using AI
• ▹Design operating models: organizational structure, roles, governance, cross-functional interaction, value realization
• ▹Establish performance baselines and measurement frameworks
• ▹Identify value gaps in stalled implementations
• ▹Build working, AI-powered prototypes using LLM APIs, platform-native features and low-code/no-code environments
• ▹Use working demos as the primary tool for stakeholder alignment
• ▹Evaluate where AI practically enhances a workflow versus where it distracts
• ▹Support rollout of new tools and workflows, ensuring adoption through process design and change management
• ▹Design enablement materials connecting new implementations to the intended operating model
• ▹Support engagement scoping and diagnostic assessments

• ▹Background blending management consulting expertise with the technical capability to ship working prototypes autonomously
