Responsibilities

• ▹Own technical success for accounts from PoC to production
• ▹Hands-on installation of OpenHands Enterprise on customer infrastructure
• ▹Build custom integrations (OAuth, GitHub, Atlassian, MCP)
• ▹Develop agentic use cases with customers
• ▹Run enablement: onboarding, office hours, workshops
• ▹Debug across services, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• ▹Surface field feedback and produce reusable artifacts

Requirements

• ▹5+ years as a software engineer or customer-embedded technical role
• ▹Strong backend/systems language proficiency (Python preferred)
• ▹Experience operating containerized workloads (Kubernetes, Helm)
• ▹Networking, certificates, secrets management knowledge
• ▹Direct customer experience in production environments
• ▹Familiarity with CI/CD and Git-based developer workflows

Nice to have

• ▹OAuth, OIDC, SSO experience
• ▹MCP, agent or LLM tooling experience
• ▹Background in field engineering, pre-sales, or developer relations
• ▹Familiarity with AI developer tools (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor)
