Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build and maintain products end to end
• ▹Contribute to product discovery and technical decision-making with a business outcome mindset
• ▹Write clean, scalable and maintainable code across different layers of the architecture
• ▹Ensure performance, reliability and security of the product while staying cost efficient
• ▹Take part in code reviews and continuously improve engineering practices
• ▹Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers and other Engineers in outcome-oriented squads
• ▹Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted environments, to improve productivity and quality
• ▹Own your features from idea to production, including monitoring and continuous improvement

Requirements

• ▹Software engineering experience across both backend and frontend layers
• ▹Expertise in backend or frontend without limiting yourself to it
• ▹Cloud infrastructure and DevOps as part of your typical day
• ▹Understanding that technologies are means and delivering value is the goal
• ▹Strong sense of ownership and accountability for what you build
• ▹Comfort working in agile, product-first environments
• ▹Curiosity about AI-assisted development and modern engineering workflows
• ▹High standards without compromising on pragmatism
• ▹Ability to communicate in English
