Senior Backend Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Designs and builds the core computation engine that powers the business planning platform
• ▹Collaborates with frontend engineers, product managers and designers to define, develop and deliver features that bring value to users
• ▹Optimizes the performance and scalability of systems processing large-scale data in real time
• ▹Continuously monitors and improves the reliability, maintainability and test coverage of backend services
• ▹Contributes to technical architecture and decision-making across the backend stack
• ▹Champions clean code, great documentation and modern engineering best practices

Requirements

• ▹Experience working as a software engineer on production systems
• ▹Proven ability to design object-oriented software in languages such as C#, Java, C++, Golang, Rust, Python or Ruby
